        WHEREAS a Petition of Frederick Cordaroy, at
        present and for nine months last past residing at and
        keeping a tap called Forbes's Tap, in Heath-street, Toxtethpark,
        for eight months previous in Leyland-street, Edgehill,
        out of business, for sixteen months previous in Crownstreet,
        Beerhouse Keeper, for eleven months previous in
        furnished lodgings, in Nelson-street, out of business, all the
        above-named places being in the borough of Liverpool, in
        the county of Lancaster, for one week in May 1847, having
        a Tent at the Roodee Race-course, at Chester, for one week
        in May 1847, having a Tent at Newton Race-course, for
        one week in July 1847, having a Tent at Aintree Racecourse,
        Liverpool, at the three last-mentioned places in copartnership
        for the time being with John Shakeshaft, for
        one week in June 1848, having a Tent on his own account
        at Newton Race-course aforesaid, for one week in June
        1848, having a Tent on his own account, at Manchester
        Race-course, and for one week in July 1848, having a Tent
        on his own account at Aintree Race-course aforesaid, for
        one veek. in June 1849, haying a Tent on his own account
        at Newton Race-course aforesaid, and for one week in July
        1849, having a Tent on his own account at Aintree Racecourse
        aforesaid, and from July 1848 up to February 1849,
        Shopman to a Hatter, an insolvent debtor, having been filed
        in the Liverpool District County Court, and an interim order
        for protection from process having been given to the said
        Frederick Cordaroy, under the provisions of the Statutes in
        that case made and provided, the said Frederick Cordaroy
        is hereby required to appear before William Lowndes,
        Esq. Judge of the said Court, on the 13th day of August
        instant, at ten of the clock in the forenoon precisely,
        at the Liverpool District County Court, Lime-street, Liverpool,
        for his first examination touching his debts, estate, and
        effects, and to be further dealt with according to the provisions
        of the said Statutes; and the choice of the creditors'
        assignees is to take place at the time so appointed. All persons
        indebted to the said Frederick Cordaroy, or that have
        any of his effects, are not to pay or deliver the same but
        to Mr. William Statham, Lime-street, Liverpool, the Official
        Assignee of the estate and effects of the said insolvent.
